Driving Directions: BHM to Hotel Capstone

• Depart BHM Airport: Merge onto I-20 W/I-59 S toward Tuscaloosa.

• Follow I-59 S/I-20 W: Continue for approximately 60 miles.

• Exit 73 (Tuscaloosa): Take Exit 73 for US-82/McFarland Blvd.

• Merge onto McFarland Blvd: Keep left at the fork to merge onto US-82 W/McFarland Blvd N.

• Exit to University Blvd: Take the University Blvd exit (toward The University of Alabama).

• Turn onto University Blvd: Turn right onto University Blvd.

• Final Approach: Turn right onto Peter Bryce Blvd, then follow signs for Hotel Capstone at 320 Paul W. Bryant Drive.

Building Entry: The main entrance is located on Paul W. Bryant Drive. All areas of the center are fully accessible.

(Tip: We recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket, as conference rooms are kept at a cooler temperature for guest comfort.)

• The Hotel Capstone is a four minute walk to the Bryant Conference Center.

• On-Site Parking: The Hotel Capstone offers convenient on-site self-parking for overnight guests.

• Daily Fee: A fee of $8.05 per day (plus tax) applies for guest vehicles.

• Access: Guests have 24/7 in-and-out privileges. Please register your license plate at the front desk upon check-in.

For Commuting Conference Attendees

• If you are driving in daily and not staying at the hotel, the most convenient option is the Capstone Parking Deck, located directly across the street from the Bryant Conference Center and Hotel Capstone.

• The Capstone Parking Deck is located directly across the street from the venue.

• Payment Method: The deck uses the ParkMobile App (Zone 5500) or on-site kiosks.

• Visitor Rates:

  • First Hour: $1.50

  • Each Additional Hour: $2.50

  • Daily Maximum: $15.00

  • Evenings (after 6 PM) & Weekends: $0.50 per hour

• ADA Parking: A limited number of handicap-accessible spaces are located in the surface lot directly in front of the Bryant Conference Center. Additional accessible parking is available on the first floor of the Capstone Parking Deck.
