Conference Location: UCAR Center Green Conference Center, 3080 Center Green Drive, Boulder, CO
Walking Distance: Please note that the Center Green Conference Center is a 36-40 minute walk from the following hotels, Embassy Suites Hotel, Hilton Garden Inn, Boulder Marriott, and Residence Inn.
Parking at Center Green Conference Center: Parking is available to guest, at no charge.
Shuttle Service: A daily shuttle will transport Summit attendees who are staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, Embassy Suites, Boulder Marriott, and Residence Inn to and from the UCAR Center Green.

Pickup Location: The main pickup for the shuttle will be at the Hilton Garden Inn, located at 2701 Canyon Boulevard.
There is a drive between the Embassy Suites and Hilton Garden Inn, The bus will be parked along that drive. Please look for the bus in that area when you arrive.

Airport and Transportation
Denver International Airport (DIA) is 45 miles from NCAR, and there are several ways to arrive. The AB1 bus (westbound to NCAR) is the least expensive option, which we strongly encourage you to take. It leaves the airport every half hour (see schedule) and stops throughout Boulder. Google Maps, on your phone or computer, also has up-to-the-minute bus scheduling information.

If you need other options, you may consider booking an airport shuttle with:
Super Shuttle is a great option.
People also use Lyft and Uber from the airport to Boulder. This can be expensive.

Weather: Be prepared for weather to change throughout the day. Pack optional layers and have rain gear on hand (especially if you’re planning on longer activities like hiking).
Elevation: Keep in mind that Boulder sits at 5,318 feet (1621 m). If you are coming from a lower elevation, please be aware that some people can experience altitude sickness, which causes headaches, fatigue and dizziness. Here is a helpful link if you are experiencing such symptoms.
Staying hydrated helps with these symptoms, especially if you drink extra water before your arrival.
